General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts and orders relating to the purchase and issuance of admission tickets for events.

By completing the ordering process, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions as binding.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of United Concerts GmbH. The Privacy Policy available at united-concerts.tickets forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.

The contract is concluded once United Concerts GmbH, following successful receipt of payment, confirms the order and sends the ticket and booking number to the customer by email.

United Concerts GmbH endeavours to ensure that all event information displayed on the website united-concerts.tickets is accurate, complete and up to date. No guarantee is given for information published on other platforms. Changes and errors are reserved.

All prices stated include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT) in the respective country.

Payment shall be made using one of the payment methods offered during the ordering process.

Any service, processing or delivery fees will be clearly displayed to the customer before completion of the ordering process.

Pursuant to Section 18(1)(10) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz – FAGG), there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets for events.

Once the purchase contract has been concluded, the order is binding.

If cancellation protection was purchased when booking the ticket, the ticket price will be reimbursed in the event of an unforeseen occurrence. Such occurrences include, in particular, sudden illness or an accident, the death of a close relative, or significant damage to the customer's place of residence, for example as a result of flooding. The requirements and scope of reimbursement are governed by the terms and conditions of the cancellation protection purchased.

The customer is entitled to set off claims only where the customer's counterclaims have been finally determined by a court, acknowledged by United Concerts GmbH, or are undisputed.

A right of retention may only be exercised in respect of claims arising from the same contractual relationship.

Tickets are generally delivered electronically by email as Print-at-Home Tickets or Mobile Tickets.

The customer is responsible for keeping tickets safe and protecting them against loss or unauthorised use.

Admission tickets may not be copied, reproduced, manipulated or technically altered.

If the same admission ticket is presented more than once, admission will be granted to the person whose ticket is successfully registered first. Any subsequent tickets bearing the same identification will automatically become invalid.

By using the ticket, the visitor accepts the house rules of the venue as well as all safety and event regulations of United Concerts GmbH.

If an event is cancelled in its entirety, United Concerts GmbH will inform ticket purchasers by email about the further procedure.

In such cases, the ticket price already paid will be refunded to the original payment method no later than 30 days after cancellation.

If an event is postponed, all tickets already purchased will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date. If the ticket holder is unable to attend on the rescheduled date, the ticket may be returned within the announced period for a refund of the ticket price. To request a refund, the ticket holder must contact ticketing@united-concerts.com by email.

Changes to the programme, cast, schedule or stage configuration are reserved, provided that such changes are minor, objectively justified and reasonable for the visitor.

There shall be no entitlement to reimbursement of travel, accommodation or other consequential expenses.

United Concerts GmbH shall be liable in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

Liability for events beyond the control of United Concerts GmbH, in particular events resulting from force majeure or orders issued by public authorities, shall apply only to the extent provided for by law.

Any amendments or additions to these General Terms and Conditions must be made in writing in order to be effective.

Should any individual provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that, to the extent legally permissible, most closely reflects the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

Austrian law shall apply, excluding the conflict-of-law rules of private international law and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, the statutory rules on jurisdiction shall apply.

To the extent legally permissible, where the contracting party is a business, the court having subject-matter jurisdiction in Salzburg shall have jurisdiction.
